Our History
Founded over 3 years ago by Dr. Carmine Bailey, Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and President and CEO of Bailey Consulting Services, the MillBridge Foundation has provided many young professionals with the tools to thrive in today’s workforce through a personalized mentoring experience. The program the Foundation offers was crafted by Dr. Bailey in conjunction with other professionals with insightful knowledge on what it takes to be successful in the modern world. Through exposure to engaging professionals and realistic subject matter, mentees leave the program with higher levels of competence and confidence in their ability to navigate the modern workforce.
