The goal of the 12 Step Mentoring Program is to build standards of employment in a professional workplace. Mentees are partnered with mentors based on personalities, common interests, as well as areas of expertise and study. Through these relationships, young professionals are afforded a realistic idea of what their future careers could look like and gain valuable industry knowledge.
