The goal of the 12 Step Mentoring Program is to build standards of employment in a professional workplace.    Mentees are partnered with mentors based on personalities, common interests, as well as areas of expertise and study. Through these relationships, young professionals are afforded a  realistic idea of what their future careers could look like and gain valuable industry knowledge.

As a graduate of the MillBridge mentoring program, I can retrospectively attest to the success that the program offers students seeking professional growth. I had a great relationship with my mentor, and they were able to provide knowledge, resources, and connections in the industry while I finished my undergraduate studies. These items provided to me made for a seamless transition from a full-time student to a full-time career. I recommend the program to any student seeking similar professional growth that is typically not provided by their coursework.
